Our company is a manufacturer located in Foshan, Guangdong, China, specializing in sheet metal parts processing. We specialize in providing customers with high-quality customized sheet metal processing products. We can process and produce metal parts of various materials, including but not limited to stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper and other alloy metals.
In order to provide customers with efficient production solutions and stable and reliable quality control services. Our team has more than 8 process designers, who use 3D design and efficiently convert it into workshop production control drawings through CAD software. The quality team has more than 10 people with clear division of labor. They strictly control product quality from raw materials, processes, assembly, packaging and other different links according to customer requirements through standardized operation instructions to avoid defective products leaving the factory. We have more than 60 production operators and a daily production capacity of more than 1, 000 sets, which can meet the needs of some urgent delivery orders.
We have advanced processing and manufacturing equipment, such as CNC hydraulic punching machines, laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, CNC tapping machines, CNC riveting machines, intelligent laser welding machines, CNC milling machines and related supporting equipment. We can meet customers' different needs for product appearance, such as wire drawing, polishing, sandblasting, passivation, oiling, powder coating, electrophoresis, anodizing, silk screen printing, etc.
